This information is used for the operation of the service, to identify and protect our customers and to control unauthorized use or abuse of our services. All information is stored within our servers under careful security measures.
TRAFFIC PATTERNS: We may track aggregate traffic patterns throughout our www.freshtxt. However, we do not correlate this information with personally identifiable data about individual users
BUSINESS INFORMATION: We will not view Business Information except as necessary to appropriately support the service. We will only use the Business Information provided for the purpose of anticipating, diagnosing, supporting or resolving any problems that might limit or disrupt the quality of your Freshtxt experience.
MESSAGING INFORMATION: Any information a Merchant or Merchant User submits, such as name and mobile number, while in-session, in order to send messages to their customers, is considered confidential. The Freshtxt System may store that information, but Heartland will not use the information to send any additional communications.
Heartland uses industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of personally identifiable information, including encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Furthermore, Heartland is not liable for loss of passwords due to user carelessness. If you lose control over your password, you may lose control over your personally identifiable information. If you believe your password has been compromised, we recommend that you immediately change your password. For information on how to do this, please see item number 4 above.
Email Communications and Opting Out
At www.freschtxt.com, you can sign up to receive helpful email newsletters and other communications with information that may interest you. If you receive emails from us, you are (a) a current customer or otherwise have an existing relationship with us, or (b) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"). To unsubscribe ("opt-out"), simply reply to the email address on the bottom of any email communication we send you.
